3g customers can set up SMS based Campaigns.
Using a unique word to identify the campaign, Senders can then quote this on any company marketing. Recipients can then reply via text using this unique word e.g. text “Winner” to 0771234567.
The Sender will receive replies to a campaign inbox as well as receiving an email notification. There are no set-up or ongoing rental fees with senders being charged only per Keyword and when recipients reply.

It’s a very inexpensive way of communicating with your customers as well as being able to gauge interest in a particular product or service.
Campaigns can be set up immediately online and there is no limit on how little or how many texts users can send.

Web-based SMS Services

3g’s web based SMS service allows users to send multiple SMS to groups of mobile phones. Its simple and straightforward with no set-up or ongoing rental charges and users are only charged when they send SMS.
Its simple and straightforward to use with users presented with a easy-to-use dashboard upon logging in.
Users can then either enter the message they wish to send or use a pre-entered template.
Users can then determine the time and date they wish the message to be sent allowing for messages to be delivered at the exact time needed e.g. Special offers
Users then select the recipients to which the message will be sent. These recipients can be pre-loaded and categorised into groups enable quick and easy selection e.g. sales, engineers, customers etc
Ad Hoc recipients can also be added just by typing the number in the box provided.
The user then clicks send and the system will then SMS the message at the selected time and date to all the recipients in the list.

Users can also now enable recipients to respond to there SMS using Keywords
