We have completed the sale of 3g Comms and 3g Landline to BNS Telecom Group plc.

BNS Telecom Group plc is a major player in the global telecoms market offering a comprehensive range of telecommunication products and services to over 280 countries worldwide. The company is listed on the London AIM Stock Market.

It is our competitive differentiation, through our unique approach to the provision of cellular services to the business user, that attracted BNS Telecom Group to acquire 3g. It is BNS' intention to continue to build the business with the existing management team and therefore the service that we provide will not be affected in any way by this change of ownership.
